Leadership
At Palm Tree School, leadership begins with responsibility for one’s own conduct. We want students to understand how their choices affect others and how knowledge and good manners can make them beneficial to their families and communities.
The relationships between students and teachers provide an everyday setting for this learning. Respect and gratitude help students recognize the effort others invest in their education. As they mature, we encourage them to consider what they can contribute in return and how their example influences those around them.
The school honor code provides a shared foundation for these expectations. It addresses responsibility in academic work and religious life, with principles intended to guide students both within school and beyond it. Its value lies in helping students connect what they learn with the decisions they make.
Our aspiration is to raise generations who benefit others, insha’Allah. Through the honor code, good manners, and respectful relationships, we seek to prepare students to carry their responsibilities with integrity and use their influence with care.
