Weight Training Class | Student Strength & Fitness Program

Our Weight Training class provides students with a structured and supportive environment to build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness. As part of our physical education program, this strength training course introduces students to weightlifting, resistance training, and conditioning exercises while emphasizing proper technique and safe equipment use.

Students develop effective workout routines designed to improve muscular strength, boost stamina, and enhance athletic performance. The class also promotes discipline, confidence, and perseverance that carry over into sports and everyday life, Insha’Allah. Whether students are new to weight training or experienced athletes, this course supports all fitness levels and encourages steady progress in a positive, motivating environment, Insha’Allah.
